Notre site Limburgse Galvanisatie, \u00e0 Maasmechelen, compte des ann\u00e9es d\u2019exp\u00e9rience en la mati\u00e8re.<\/p>\n

Le processus de galvanisation \u00e0 chaud commence par un pr\u00e9traitement chimique afin de d\u00e9barrasser l\u2019acier non trait\u00e9 de la rouille, des huiles, etc. L\u2019acier nettoy\u00e9 est ensuite immerg\u00e9 dans un bain de zinc fondu. Une r\u00e9action se produit entre l\u2019acier et le zinc liquide, ce qui cr\u00e9e une couche de finition dot\u00e9e d\u2019excellentes propri\u00e9t\u00e9s anticorrosives et m\u00e9caniques.<\/p>\n

Le mat\u00e9riau galvanis\u00e9 \u00e0 chaud peut parfaitement faire office de produit final ou faire l\u2019objet d\u2019une finition suppl\u00e9mentaire au moyen du laquage par poudre.<\/p>\n
